The one time Payment of $399 $239 will get you access to the MBM (Metabolic Balance Method) program, videos, resources, etc. After the initial 12 weeks, you can choose to continue with a monthly subscription for ongoing access to new training blocks added every month. You also have the option to upgrade to 1-2-1 coaching for even more transformative results.

Question 2: Do you use an app?

My 12-week Metabolic Balance Method program will be hosted on a website and can be accessed with individual logins via mobile device or desktop.

Question 3: Are there Zoom calls?
